We have owned our Punta Gorda Paradise for several years and loved 

every minute of being "snowflakes"! That means that we escape from 

the weather up north to our tropical home every couple of months. 

Since we have limited visit time, we have decided to share our condo 

with you. Please check the calendar to see which 3-5 week block of 

time is available for you to visit paradise!! 

We are located in Burnt Store Marina, a master community of 2000+ 

residential units. Our sub-community of Admiralty Village consists of 

28 townhomes which share a private pool. Our friendly association 

has weekly get togethers at the pool where owners and renters meet 

to share cocktails and conversation. Just bring your favorite beverage 

and maybe an interesting snack and come on down to the screened 

pool cabana.
